These terms apply to Skworm (skworm.us), made by Alien Soft, a division of Zillatown Software, LLC (“we”, “us”). By using Skworm you agree to them. If you don’t agree, please don’t use Skworm.

Using Skworm

Skworm is free to use for personal searching. Please don’t:

• use bots, scripts or other automated tools to send searches or copy results in bulk;
• try to overload, break into, or get around the limits that protect Skworm;
• use Skworm to break the law or harm others.

We may slow down or block traffic that looks automated or abusive.

Search results come from other sites

Skworm gathers results from other search engines and shows links to websites we don’t own or control. We don’t check, approve or take responsibility for what those sites say or do. SafeSearch filters out a lot, but no filter is perfect. Please use your own judgment, especially before buying anything, downloading files or sharing personal information on another site.

The “On this day” facts come from Wikipedia (CC BY-SA). Jokes, greetings and reminders are for fun and general information; double-check dates and times that matter to you.

No guarantees

Skworm is provided “as is” and “as available”. We work to keep it fast, accurate and online, but we can’t promise that results will be complete, correct or up to date, or that Skworm will always be available.

Limit of responsibility

To the fullest extent the law allows, Zillatown Software, LLC and Alien Soft are not responsible for any loss or damage that comes from using Skworm, from relying on its results, or from visiting websites it links to.

Our name and design

The Skworm name, worm logo, artwork and site design belong to Zillatown Software, LLC. Parts of Skworm are built on open-source software; see Source code on the About page for those licenses.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version, and using Skworm after a change means you accept it.
